Tasks

Harrison Child & Family Psychology is looking for a confident client experience officer (CEO) with great people skills to join our expanding team.

**Requirements**:
**As a CEO at HCFP, You Will Be Responsible For**:

- Welcoming new clients, collecting, and entering personal details and managing our welcome room;
- Client nurturing to ensure that our children and their families have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic;
- Correct management of incoming client data, billing, and debtor management;
- Assisting our team of brilliant clinicians and being a highly valued, contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families.
