**Introduction**:
Varied role where you can utilise your customer relationship skills. Work a 16 hour per week roster - Monday to Thursday 1000hrs - 1400hrs with the chance to cover additional ad-hoc shifts.

**Description**:
**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Foot patrols of the centre
- Incident response
- First Aid attendance
- Retailer and customer assistance
- Access Control / CCTV review/monitoring

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Controller component
- Security Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Proof of Australian Work Rights
- Control Room Experience
- Demonstrated Retail Shopping Centre experience
- The ability to work closely with the client and Securecorp to ensure all service deliveries are provided in line with client expectation and best practice
