**About Our Client**: Join Our Client’s dynamic team in Beenleigh, QLD, and contribute to the success of a well-established organization. As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll processes for a workforce of 300 employees, navigating various awards and EBA’s.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for 300 employees.
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all payroll activities.
- Collaborate as a strong team player in the Finance and HR departments.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in problem-solving.
- Maintain a personable and friendly approach in all interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Familiarity with various awards and EBA’s.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive in resolving issues.
