We are excited to invite a dynamic Administration Officer to join our vibrant team at our Beenleigh office In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating daily administrative tasks and welcoming visitors with a warm smile. This role is part time working approximately 25 hours per week Monday to Friday.

**What You'll Do**

In a bustling environment, you will leverage your exceptional organizational skills and customer service expertise to provide top-notch support to our dedicated service team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Administrative Excellence**: Handle essential tasks such as filing, records management, and providing administrative support to our local team.
- ** Financial Management**: Responsible for processing invoices, assisting with debtor management, as well as assisting with petty cash, corporate card transactions, and reconciliations for our clients.
- ** Other Tasks**:Liaising with external and internal stakeholders and assisting with fleet management.

- Experience in a similar role

- A keen eye for accuracy and detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Familiarity with database systems and financial/records management (a plus)
- A Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (we're here to help with this)
