When you join us, you don't just join a company - you join a team where your ideas and expertise can truly shape the way we work.
**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an HR Business Support Specialist who's ready for that next step. Maybe you've been the go-to person for HR advice in a similar business and now want the scope to take on more. This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to build strong relationships across the business, coach leaders, and bring fresh thinking to how we support our people.
Here, you won't be boxed into admin alone, you'll be part of the conversations that shape culture, drive performance, and create a great place to work.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Partner with leaders to guide performance management and build capability
- Support people through challenges with fairness, care, and professionalism
- Shape and deliver programs that support growth, recognition, and engagement

- Bring your expertise into recruitment and assessment to hire the best
- Keep HR processes sharp, accurate, and people-focused
**What You'll Bring**:
You'll have a solid grounding in HR, ideally from a similar industry or company size, and you're ready to step up. You're confident with performance management, employee relations, and workplace investigations, but what really sets you apart is how you connect with people. You listen, you coach, you influence, and you know that HR is about people as much as it is about process.
This is your opportunity to take the next step in HR with a company that invests in its people, values innovation, and is proud of its culture. If you're ready to grow your career and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
