What will your day look like?
**Test Data Provisioning**: Oversee all Test Data provisioning requirements for the Migration program.
**Quality Assurance**: Enforce standards for accuracy and compliance of test data.
**Environment Coordination**: Coordinate with the Test Environment Manager to ensure that test data aligns with the specific requirements of each test environment.
**Risk Management**: Identify potential risks associated with test data and implement mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
**Documentation and Compliance**: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, processes, and quality checks to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
**Monitoring and Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to test data management and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
**Risk Management**: Proactively mitigate risks affecting testing timelines.
**Reporting**: Provide insights on test data management performance.
**Team Management**: Lead other Test Data resources per the migration requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Many years in test data management or data migration within large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of ETL methodologies and data validation techniques.
Proven analytical skills for complex data sets.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience driving innovative Test Data solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and risk management.
**Communication**: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
