**About Us**

We are a busy café located in Cranbourne West, known for our specialty coffee, delicious menu, and welcoming atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service and creating a memorable experience for every customer.

**Your Role**

As a Café All-Rounder, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting Specialty Coffee: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks and other exciting new creations.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and handle payments using our POS system.
- Food Preparation: Assist the back of house team in preparing menu items when required, maintaining food safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the café clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Barista Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years working as a barista in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday from 8am-2.30pm, including over School Holidays.
- Valid driver’s license.
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia and live within a 30min drive of Cranbourne West, 3977.
