**The opportunity**

This is an exciting and challenging time for the business. With the advisers operating at capacity and spike they in new client inflow and referrals it's time to grow.

The business has been structured to ensure the advisers can focus on their business and looking after their clients. The team are supported by a full-time practice manager and experienced team of administration and adviser support staff.

**About You**

To be considered you have 5 years experience and well connected with a portfolio to bring across.

You will need to love what you do with a personal interest and experience and knowledge across the broader capital markets, trading exchanges, financial services, local and global equities markets.

You will need to meet all regulatory requirements to practice as a financial planer and investment adviser.

Hold a current 'AR' as an authorised financial investment adviser sitting on the Adviser Register. Passed all mandatory FASEA exams and meeting ASIC education standards completed a finance related degree or masters.

**Next step**

They are open to discuss an attractive remuneration package that reflects experience the client portfolio and FUM that you can bring across.

For experienced and proven advisers and planners who are well connected we can discuss generous commission and uncapped share of revenue paid monthly.

Following a honeymoon period there will be the opportunity to transition being offered shareholding in the business with seniority, profit share and dividends.
