A great opportunity exists to join the Retail Investments Crew as an Investment Customer & Administration Consultant on a 12 month contract.

This varied role is responsible for providing cost effective service to our advisers and customers for Investment Legacy products for Zurich and OnePath policies. Your tasks will include responding to inbound queries, providing technical support and database management of customer details. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will help to drive excellent service levels and operational excellence across the Investment portfolio.

- Strong experience in a client service role, ideally within Financial Services
- Knowledge of Life Risk and/or Superannuation / Managed Investments desirable
- Solution focused mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
