You will provide our advisers with a high quality commission/remuneration enquiry service. Your tasks will range from managing phone/written enquiries, setting up authorised representatives, database management, to resolving adviser issues and assisting with the processing of commission adjustments or corrections. Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you will build on your existing administrative and customer service skills and be provided with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk products, processes, and policies.
- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience in financial services / insurance industry with knowledge of Adviser/Dealer support and maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of Life Risk and/or Superannuation/Managed Investments
- Understanding of Advisers/Financial Planners within the FSR environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
