**The Role**

We are looking for a customer focus superstar to join the Green Light Auto Team in the Perth National Head Office to manage the partnership onboarding. In this role you will be reviewing, implementing and maintaining business systems and ensuring compliance with quality assurance principles and practices for Green Light Auto Finance.

**You will make a difference by**:

- Onboarding / offboarding requests from BDM’s and brokers within established SLA.
- Ensuring all introducer accounts are in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Managing user access processes in a timely manner.
- Actioning customer and/or partner phone calls respectfully and professionally, or directing the call to an appropriate person or team.
- Providing support to the existing Finance/Sales Team where required with administrative activity.
- Performing relevant audit and compliance checks.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with accreditation process.
- Experience delivering repots.
- Strong administrative experience (3 years+).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and self-manage, including effective organisation and time management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Sound computer and typing skills.

**Highly desirable**:

- Previous experience within the Automotive/Insurance/Finance industry is desired but not essential.
