ASTIA has recently experienced some business growth and is looking for inbound superstars to join our one of our financial services clients. Handling inbound enquiries for existing customers Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer engagement to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with the client. Adhering to all legislative and quality assurance components

**THE ROLE**
- Outbound & Inbound calls to warm enquiries
- Assist customers with their queries
- Sales and results focus

Pay: $32.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:
