Expanding our offerings to include consultation on events, products, and well-being programs, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our diverse team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Brand Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy that elevates Wonderlab Beauty’s identity in the market.
- Work towards positioning Wonderlab Beauty as a franchise-ready business model.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.
2. Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns that drive client acquisition and retention for our beauty salon services, including spa, facial, body, massage treatments, and pain relief/recovery treatments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to expand our client base.
- Lead market research initiatives to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
3. Consultation Services Expansion:
- Spearhead the expansion of Wonderlab Beauty’s consultation services for corporate clients, focusing on events, product recommendations, and well-being programs.
- Develop tailored proposals and marketing materials to attract and retain corporate clients.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Enhance the online presence of Wonderlab Beauty through SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury services industry.
- Proven track record in brand development and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and holistic care.
