**Job Description**:
MKTG is an entity of global sports powerhouse dentsu Sports International and operates as the sports and entertainment specialist for dentsu International ANZ, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.

What your typical day will look like:
As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Sponsorship team in their day-to-day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives. This will include assisting with client projects, managing campaign administration, and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time to drive effective and efficient solutions for our clients a team.

Other responsibilities include:

- Provide day-to-day support to account managers and clients.
- Assist with development of project timelines, budgets, and plans.
- Maintain project files, schedules, and status reports.
- Client/project onboarding and administration in collaboration with finance team
- Track, monitor and administer client invoicing in collaboration with finance team.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all project materials.
- Assist with event planning and execution as required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Create presentations and reports for clients and internal teams.

A bit about you:

- Tertiary qualifications or experience in sports, events, entertainment, marketing, media, or business administration is desired but not essential.
- Ability to multitask across different projects/clients
- High level of written and oral communication
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills
