**About North**

We are a specialist advisor and consultancy to property, construction, and development projects nationally. We deliver successful project outcomes by managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme. We ensure that our advice is always balanced and provides a whole of project perspective.

Our clients include State governments, company boards, financiers, developers, builders, governments, PPP Sponsors and tertiary education providers.

**The opportunity**

We have upcoming opportunities for you to join us and continue to build your career within our Capital Projects Advisory practice.

Working in a true partnership with our customers, you will have utilised your qualifications, technical and commercial experience in technical advisory services in the management of major projects in either/both public and private sector clients on technical and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects in sectors such as transport, justice, education, health, and defence.

**Requirements**:
Being a current or emerging leader in this space, you will be involved in:

- Taking our practice to the next level
- Tendering and contractor engagement
- Development of technical & operational specifications
- Development and assessment of lifecycle cost models
- Technical due diligence
- Management of multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Identification of technical and commercial risk and advice for mitigation / management
- Identification and assessment of procurement options

A bit about you, you will likely have:

- An extensive background in construction (either civil or building or both) industry experience
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree and/or post-graduate qualifications in engineering, business or finance
- Great people skills
- Extensive industry networks
