Assistant Operations Manager

We’re currently recruiting an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Darling Square property management team. The role is available on a permanent basis, and will play an integral part within the wider retail management team.
- You’ll work closely under the Centre Manager and Operations Manager for Barangaroo and Darling Square, with your key focus being the delivery of the best outcomes for retailers, stakeholders and the community across the Darling Square precinct.- This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your property management and technical skills, and progress your career in the industry leading retail precincts. You will need strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy and planning.- We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance or Facilities professional, who’s looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll have a sense of urgency when approaching your work, and thrive in a busy and fast paced environment such as retail. Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate an electrician and/or solid trade background, however this isn’t essential. You’ll have exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to question contractors and suppliers to ensure sound decision making. Safety is always our top priority so experience in risk and compliance will also be highly regarded.- There is also a requirement to work the occasional evening or weekend.- In return, some of your new benefits will include:
