**About the role**

We are seeking a confident HR Advisor to join our HR team.

You will support the business to deliver outcomes, improve performance, build capability and implement HR initiatives to build a positive workplace culture for our people.

The role will provide support across a portfolio of colleges and business units and work closely with people leaders and staff to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and initiatives covering the full breadth of HR activities.

This is a Sydney based role.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Prior experience in a HR generalist role including relevant tertiary qualifications
- Enterprise Agreements and Awards interpretation
- Experience in managing the full employee life cycle
- Strong data reporting and analysis capabilities (Excel, PowerBI, HRIS)
- Ability to confidently engage with all stakeholders across all levels
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with multitasking
- Tactful in handling confidential HR matters
