We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team near Cranbourne

Required Qualifications: First Aid Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

CPR Certification Police Check

Certificate III or higher in Disability or a relevant field

Personal Care Experience Medication Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Valid Driver’s License

Experience managing Behaviours of Concern

Fluent English with excellent communication skills

Your Role: As part of our team, you'll provide a range of supports, including: Community Access: Bowling, golf, beach walks, recycling bottles, coffee, and cheesecake outings.

In-Home Support**:Companionship** Personal care **Medication administration** Light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, mopping, daily cleaning).

Allied Health Implementation**:Guiding participants through physio exercises** Preparing nutritious and delicious meals aligned with dietitian recommendations **Supporting OT, behaviour plans, and speech pathologist recommendations.**

**Pay Rates: Pay is based on your experience and qualifications and will be discussed privately during onboarding.**

**LOCATION: We’re hiring in Junction Village, Victoria, conveniently located near Cranbourne.**

**IMPORTANT NOTES:Before applying, please ensure you meet all the criteria for this role. Our participants require team members who speak fluent English and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.**

Pay: $36.00 - $51.99 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 38 per week

- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
