At Solara Support Services, we are passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are currently looking for multiple dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team across Brisbane and Logan.

**About the Role**
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain independence and live their best lives. You'll support them in their homes and in the community, providing both practical assistance and emotional support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support with domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation.

Facilitate transport and accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community events.

Encourage and participate in clients’ hobbies, activities, and personal goals.

Provide companionship and build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

Monitor clients’ well-being and promptly report any changes or concerns.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily support and observations.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (highly regarded but not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work_**Thursdays and Fridays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**_

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (preferred).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $34.58 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
