**People & Culture Business Partner - Vic/Tas**

The People and Culture Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of Healthscope’s strategic people priorities across Healthscope facilities. Working in a small team and closely with State Managers and the executive, the People and Culture Business Partner will support, challenge and enable leaders to deliver on their business objectives by focusing on Healthscope talent and capability.

This position is responsible for driving people initiatives focused on long term people objectives, working with key stakeholders to deliver a suite of priority People and Culture initiatives to improve experiences. Responsible for implementing key people initiatives including consultation, engagement, supporting embedding activities, tracking and reporting. This also involves setting specific annual targets for delivery of people initiatives. These initiatives will evolve over time and may include:

- Embedding leadership capabilities through coaching and reinforcing with senior leaders
- Facilitating the talent acquisition and onboarding processes for senior leader and executive appointments across Healthscope
- Building capability of senior leaders to deliver effective performance development interventions and demonstrate safety advocacy
- Embedding the values/ employee value proposition initiatives
- Identifying talent and facilitating the accelerated development of top talent

The People and Culture Business Partner will also be responsible for building effective relationships across State Manager and General Manager groups and with P&C Centres of Excellence. They will interpret people metrics to drive measurable improvement. Comfortable working in an ambiguous and complex environment, this role will be able to drive delivery of people solutions that leverage people and culture COE expertise and meet business needs.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated HR generalist, consulting or OD experience with a strong focus on executing strategy, including:

- Human Resources, consulting or professional services experience
- Coaching senior leaders to effectively improve their skills in leadership and drive performance outcomes
- Working in a commercial environment, understanding the strategic and operational implications of people initiatives and measuring impact of initiatives
- Facilitating leadership or technical programs or sessions
- Working across the employee lifecycle, with particular focus on performance management, leadership, general organisational development or talent
- Implemented a significant change through a complex organisation
