**About the role**

As an experienced P&C leader you will lead a customer-focused business partner team to develop collaborative partnerships, provide consistent and timely advice, and build manager capability. Drawing on your generalist Human Resources expertise you will ensure that P&C practices are contemporary, compliant and represent best practice.

Working proactively with Executive, Directors and all levels of management you will develop effective working relationships to consistently deliver a high standard of support to ensure optimal outcomes and people experiences. You will lead and mentor the P&C Business Partners to provide an excellent customer-focused service, and will contribute to the overall leadership of the PCW team

Your depth of P&C expertise will equip you to embed a Business Partnering model that is strategically aligned, proactive, responsive and collaborative.

You have an excellent ability to build rapport with a broad range of people and establish an environment of trust. This makes you a great team player who understands the value of building constructive relationships, commitment to team objectives and sharing information who will be able to:

- Champion the Women’s Respectful Workplace Behaviours framework and actively contribute to building a positive psychologically safe workplace culture
- Support and coach the P&C Business Partners in effective case management of people related issues
- Engage, communicate and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Drive change and lead organisation-wide workforce improvement projects
- Actively contribute to organisational strategic workplace planning processes and assist to embed workforce planning best practice
- Have great strategies to effectively manage competing demands
- Self-motivated and ability to get on with tasks proactively, with exceptional time management
- Deal with concepts and complexity comfortably

As this role fits into category C of the departments risk ratings, applicants are strongly encouraged (although not required) to be vaccinated against influenza.)
