Geelong / Melbourne + Hybrid

TRP $112 - $126k (incl. super) + NFP salary packaging benefits

Are you a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner ready to take the next step in your career? This is your chance to join a collaborative team where you'll partner with leaders across the business to shape culture, support growth, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives that align with business goals
  • Provide trusted advice on people management, ER matters, and leadership capability
  • Support culture, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects
  • Analyse P&C data and share insights to drive improvement

What you'll bring

  • A HR, Business or other related qualification
  • Strong ER knowledge with the ability to coach and support leaders as a HR generalist
  • A collaborative approach with excellent relationship-building skills
  • A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
