In this **P&C Business Partner role**, you will:

- Work closely with senior leaders within our Technology practice to align people strategy with business objectives and drive pragmatic commercial outcomes.
- Proactively engage in strategic workforce planning practices to optimise and enable our workforce, including organisational change.
- Provide oversight and coaching on key people activities throughout the employee lifecycle including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward, engagement.
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to People Division Centre’s of Expertise.
- Provide advisory services on strategic people solutions, deliver annual cyclical initiatives, and use data and insights to prioritise key actions to drive business performance.

**What you will bring**:

- 7+ years’ professional experience in Human Resources with 5+ years as a Human Resources generalist in a large corporate organisation.
- Influence, coach, advise Senior Leaders using data/logic
- Ability to deliver in complex organisations and matrix structures
- Strategic mindset
- Ability to deliver own outcomes or as part of a team
- Tertiary qualified with degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline (or equivalent work experience). Post graduate qualification is advantageous.
