Penola Catholic College is a Year 7-12 co-educational College centred on quality contemporary learning practices around the values of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop.

The College requires a permanent full-time teacher to teach Stage 5 and 6 Industrial Technology - Timber. This position will commence in Term 1, 2025.

**Position Criteria**:

- Experience in teaching and programming in Stages 5 and 6 Technology.
- Ability to teach Technology Mandatory.
- Is trained/or willing to be trained to teach Stage 6 VET Construction.
- The capacity to integrate technology and incorporate innovation in teaching practices.
- The ability to plan, design and deliver differentiated learning programs that address variations in learning styles and ability levels to maximise student learning.
- Sound knowledge of and commitment to the Church's mission in Catholic Education.
- High effective interpersonal and communications skills
- An ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Commitment to the continual improvement of their teaching practice and taking opportunities for personal professional development.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with peers, students, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to teach Religious Education would be seen as advantageous to this position.

- There must be three nominated professional referees
- Current Working with Children’s Check
