Industry leader, Erizon is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Team Leader to join their growing team in Emu Plains, NSW.

**About the Opportunity**
As a key member of the Erizon team, the Team Leader will work alongside, whilst also leading a small team of field staff at the Erizon facility in Emu Plains, NSW. This is a hands-on opportunity and will involve both organising and undertaking (working in the field) large-scale revegetation, dust suppression, and erosion control projects across Australia while driving a proactive safety culture. As the Team Leader, you will report directly to the Project Manager and assist in the coordination of the complete scope of works for awarded Erizon projects whilst ensuring safety, schedule, and budgets are adhered to.

As the Erizon Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising work areas and employees to make sure standards of performance, quality, cost schedules, and safety are maintained
- Preparing site-specific WHS, quality, and environmental documentation.
- Working in close collaboration with other departments to ensure projects are completed within specified time frames and budgets.
- Ensuring all project specifications are adhered to.
- Acting as a client liaison to ensure that all client needs are met, and all necessary approvals are obtained on a project-by-project basis.
- Coordinating the supply of labour and materials for each project
Whilst you will be based at Erizon’s Emu Plains facility, you will be arranging and working on environmental projects throughout Australia and will be required to travel and work interstate on a regular basis. If successful, your initial training will be undertaken at Erizon’s South Australian headquarters. All costs associated with your training will be covered.
**About You**
With a minimum of 3+years’ experience in a similar role (supervising and/or leading a team), you will have exceptional time management and organisational skills. With safety front of mind, you will have experience working with, and preparing, WHS documentation such as JSEA, SWMS, and SWPs.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Great numeracy, literacy, and computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to all team members, suppliers, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- A valid white card
- Driver’s Licence (Class C), willingness to upgrade to MR or HR licence (already having these is an advantage)
It would also be great if you had:
- Telehandler licence, or willingness to obtain
- Working at Heights ticket, or willingness to obtain
- Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain
