**About the Company**

Starboard IT is hiring on behalf of its sister company, Vizstone. Vizstone is an IT solutions provider based within the Asian Pacific market, with current clients ranging from 5 to 1,000 plus users. Vizstone’s mission is to help clients plan, build, support and manage their IT infrastructure.

We seek a professional, motivated, customer-orientated individual to join our Team. Representing the entire range of Vizstone services, software & hardware technology, you will lead the client through IT planning and procurement whilst ensuring their needs are being satisfied by our team on a day-to-day basis.

**Your new role**:

- Build and grow relationships with our key clients to provide future growth and opportunities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and long-term business strategies
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to sustain targets
- Plan, develop and implement a sales plan and strategy
- Maintain all sales forecasts and associated information in CRM, ensuring all records are up to date to report sales activity

**Your new day-to-day**:

- Identify, develop and close sales opportunities to achieve targets
- Document and maintain all sales activities, forecasts, leads and client information in CRM
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Regularly provide reports and updates to clients, ensuring they are receiving excellent service and upselling where appropriate

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in business (advantageous if within the IT/MSP industry)
- Proven track record in IT sales within a similar role
- Ability to establish and maintain effective & professional relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT skills and understanding of technology
- Ability to write and negotiate contracts
- High level of personal drive, self-motivation and a desire to grow your career and the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Australian residency or citizenship
- Perth based
- ITIL Foundation certificate (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
