At VetPartners, we are committed to supporting our GP veterinary clinics by delivering tailored recruitment solutions that help clinics thrive. We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in a full-time fixed term contract role, focusing on the recruitment of experienced support staff for our GP network across Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment—where no two days are the same. You’ll be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality support staff for our clinics, helping to match talented individuals with practices that align with their values and career goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clinics to strategically source and place support staff for immediate and future needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical support hires, optimising our ATS platform
- Network and build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry events
- Enhance engagement and retention within the business
- Contribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processes
**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional service
- Strategic planner with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Agile and adaptable, with high attention to detail
- Resilient and able to thrive in the recruitment industry
