**Do you want to be a part of the SAPOL Blue Team committing to Safer Communities across SA? These roles have been created to provide leadership to our Call Centre Consultants answering Triple Zero emergency, 131444 and Crime Stopper calls.**

These roles have been created to provide leadership to our Call Centre Consultants and assist our Sergeants supervising teams within our Call Centre located in the Adelaide CBD.

The Call Centre Team Leader contributes to the achievement of SAPOL’s Vision by providing South Australian communities with streamlined access to police services via the Triple Zero emergency, 131444 Police Assistance and 1800 333 000 Crime Stopper telephone lines.

Working as part of the Communications Group, the Call Centre receives telephone requests for police attendance and other assistance, including emergency situations, with a strong focus on providing effective and efficient high level customer service. The Call Centre provides a valuable service to internal and external customers by providing information and taking reports including Crime Occurrence Reports and Missing Persons Reports (both relative to set criteria). The range of services provided by the Call Centre is being continually reviewed and expanded.

**Special Conditions**
- Incumbents must be available to be rostered over 24 hours / 7 days a week, including weekends, and public holidays. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

**Requirements**:
Previous completion of the SAPOL Call Centre Consultants Training Course. If it has been some time since you had completed this course, a masterclass will be provided to bring you up to speed.

**Salary**
ASO5 - $85,790 - $95,413 per annum.
