Civil Infrastructure Group are seeking an organized, experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to join our growing team.

Civil Infrastructure Group was founded in early 2016 to provide specialist Subcontracting services in the Construction of reinforced and post-tension concrete structures working across major Projects like the West Gate Tunnel and the majority of Level Crossing Removal Projects.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up inventory control procedures, including reconciling inventory accounts, co-ordinate between suppliers and site supervisors;
- Work with suppliers on scheduling and arranging supplies in a timely manner.
- On-going development and implementation of supply chain capabilities (including reporting, forecasting and purchasing, inventory management and warehousing) to deliver efficient, timely, flexible and lost cost supply capabilities;
- Develop and implement the necessary policies, procedures, processes and systems to ensure that commitments to customers are fulfilled;
- Provide back up and support to Site Supervisors and Engineers;
- Maintain strong business relationships with key suppliers and buyers;
**Skills needed**:
To be considered for this role you must possess a strong background in supply and distribution management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in supply and distribution management or a similar role
- Able to work at a fast pace and high variable environment
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships with suppliers and internal departments
- Strong negotiation skills proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

**Salary**: $120K -130k +10.5% Super

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
