Position Summary:

The Supply and Distribution Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee supply chain and distribution operations across all stores, ensuring timely delivery of goods and parts to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement procurement, storage, and distribution strategies to reduce stockouts, minimize costs, and optimize inventory levels.
- Oversee international and domestic procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, shipment tracking, and customs clearance coordination.
- Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting tools to monitor inventory levels, improve procurement planning, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, finance, and service departments to align supply with business goals and support same-day repair and service operations.
- Implement process improvements to increase delivery accuracy, reduce operational delays, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse and logistics staff to ensure on-time deliveries, accuracy in stock handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and oversee corrective actions to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Manage logistics operations, including warehouse organization, transport coordination, and delivery scheduling.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and forecast procurement requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across the supply chain.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or distribution management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Proven experience in international procurement and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
