- Reception and front-of-house duties.
- Managing online and walk-in reservations, including payment processing
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the front office is clean and organized
- Overseeing housekeeping staff, creating rosters, and assisting as needed
- Performing room servicing duties
- Utilizing handyman skills to address minor maintenance issues

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of experience as a Motel Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Summary of role requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights are required for this role
