The Role

They are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Management Couples to oversee Hotel operations in Regional SA. As a Management Couple, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Venue, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales. This is a unique opportunity to work closely together, leveraging your combined skills to create a positive and productive work environment.

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in hospitality or retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease
