We like to lead from the front. So, we’re looking for a manager who sets their own high standards across everything from cleanliness to productivity. You’ll champion our ‘one team’ approach making sure you and your team deal effectively and efficiently with all guest complaints, queries and suggestions.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
This critical leadership position requires the proven capability to take the lead with the team and create exceptional guest experiences, as well as work well under pressure, in those times we need to pull together as a team. You will enjoy making a guest's stay special as well as motivating and engaging your team to deliver results. Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

- Leading the way - managing guest experiences, team performance and hotel operations
- Prioritising workload and ensuring your team delivers authentic, memorable experiences
- Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact hotel performance
- Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
- Being the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

**What we need from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management and/or Business Administration
- 3 years of Front desk/guest service leader experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Being multilingual would be an advantage.
- Ability to work across both Front Office and Food and beverage operations.
- Basic mathematics skills
