**The Role**
- Greet clients as they enter the practice and make them feel welcome
- Check in clients and update their records as necessary
- Answer incoming calls and provide timely, accurate, and consistent verbal advice
- Keep account of interactions with accurate note taking on the CRM system
- Comply with service delivery systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate and stored correctly

***Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in an administration/receptionist role
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to empathise with clients and negotiate a mutually beneficial outcome
- Proficient at using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening
- An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- The ability to work autonomously when required
