**Your Opportunity**

We seek expressions of interest for our Advisory Team at levels ranging from junior Analysts to Managers with three to four years' experience.

KordaMentha's Advisory Team works across the lifecycle of programs and projects to provide advisory and delivery services to public and private clients. We help clients solve complex problems effectively and efficiently, ensuring their overall strategic priorities and objectives are achieved.

Our teams work across a diverse range of sectors including transport, utilities, social infrastructure, city shaping and future focused industries. You'll help governments and private industry clients with a range of advisory services including:

- Major project transaction and commercial advisory
- Governance and investment decision making
- Project and program management
- Delivery and procurement strategies
- Policy advisory
- Asset management and optimisation
- Data modelling and analytics

In a role where no two days are the same, you'll be provided opportunities to:

- Work closely with key government and private sector clients to plan, assess and deliver significant projects and programs
- Interact with clients, stakeholders, consultants and other KordaMentha teams
- Assist the team in the development of quantitative and qualitative analysis across our engagements
- Prepare and deliver high-quality written reports, presentations and client deliverables
- Identify key issues/risks and developing mitigation strategies and solutions
- Work and contribute as part of a collaborative and dynamic team to provide industry leading advice to our clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices to adapt strategies accordingly
- Work with integrity and prioritising the wellbeing of the people and teams you work with

**About You**

You will have tertiary qualifications in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related discipline, a strategic mindset and an understanding of and strong interest in advisory and consulting services.

You are driven by a desire to be at the cutting edge of transformation and prepared to assist our Advisory Team in providing practical solutions that directly address the core issues of our clients' businesses and yield innovative outcomes.

To succeeed in each of these roles, you will have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to interact at appropriate levels of our client organisations and within our team
- Problem solving skills including a logical and disciplined approach to deconstructing problems into their core issues
- Experience (for Senior Business Analyst and above) in project management skills with an ability to manage clients and project teams to positively influence change
- Analytical skills with an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Hands on experience working in a fast paced and highly adaptive environment
- A bias to action and delivering outcomes
- Empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal qualities
