**The Position**:
Due to continued growth of the College, we have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Receptionist to join our Christ-centered Reception team at our Werribee Campus.
- This position is responsible for maintaining the reception area, as well as the kitchenette and boardroom facilities.
- As this position is a casual role, you will be on call as needed.

**The Person**:

- Can demonstrate a high level of communication, professional and interpersonal skills when relating to students, staff, families and the wider community.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills are essential.
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook Inboxes and Teams is essential.
- Knowledge of school management system Synergetic is advantageous.
- Demonstrates initiative and flexibility as you approach work with the ability to manage time well and prioritize tasks.
- A team player - willing to help or provide avenues of support to other team members and colleagues if or when required.
- Holds a valid Working with Children Certificate ‘E’ & Police check.
