**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
