Western Dermatology is a well-established and busy dermatology practice offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced **Medical Receptionist** to join our friendly and professional team in a casual capacity.

This role is ideally suited to someone who is available **Monday to Thursday afternoons (12 pm - 7 pm)**, with the flexibility to provide occasional cover during staff leave.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
- Managing incoming phone calls and responding to general enquiries
- Scheduling appointments, processing patient billing and receipting, including Medicare, DVA, and WorkCover claims
- Providing administrative support to doctors, including scanning, faxing, photocopying, and managing follow-ups
- Light cleaning and restocking of consulting rooms
- Administering ultraviolet (UV) treatments (training provided; this is a simple procedure guided by established protocols)
- Opening and closing the clinic if needed (training provided)

We are seeking a personable, dependable, and efficient individual with strong medical reception experience, who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of service.
