A well known healthcare company is seeking an Collections Officer to join their fantastic finance team in Parramatta. This healthcare company is a leader in their field with a established team and want to offer this amazing opportunity to a motivated individual.

**Tasks/Responsibilities**
You will have the following responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to debtors to resolve account management and payment issues
- Problem solve and investigate complex problems
- Arrange and process overdue payments
- Supporting customers by identifying and addressing each situation differently.
- Respond to external and internal customer enquiries

**About you**
You are an Collections Officer that has:
