**About the role**

The collections officer primary purpose is to facilitate all outstanding payments, actioned accurately and in a timely manner for Humanity Health Group.

The collections officer will be required to assist with some ad-hoc tasks that arise from time to time as well as maintaining data integrity within the database.

As the Collections Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Process outstanding payment updates in a timely manner using our systems
- Manage a significant ledger, debtor reconciliations and ad hoc administration
- Process credit requests, credit notes and allocate daily banking payments
- Assist with other ad-hoc account tasks for Humanity Health Group as required

**To be successful you will have**:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Persistence and high-level of resilience to achieve the desired outcome
- Excellent communication skills, be results orientated and be able to think strategically
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in appropriate circumstances
- Experience using Case Manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of appointment-based finance systems
- Experience in a similar service environment
- Experience within the NDIS
