We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Collection Officer to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the commercial debt recovery process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage collections activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving collections performance and reducing delinquency rates.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the collections process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior collections staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a collections role, with a strong focus on commercial debt recovery.
- Must have Late arrears experience
- Proven expertise in using Salesforce for collections management and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex client interactions professionally.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the fin-tech industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
