Our client has been rated one of the top employers in Australia and is a leading tech company. Located in the heart of the CBD in modern offices, you will join their Finance Team and report to the Senior Collections Officer in a dedicate collections role.

Your duties will include managing a high volume of collection calls on overdue accounts with the aim to recover aged debts, assisting clients in paying their bills on time, discussing payment options, building relationship, negotiating & monitoring payment plans and working with external collection agents to ensure recovery of debt.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 year of experience in collections or accounts receivable. You will have top communications skills with a proactive approach and be customer focused. Immediate computer skills and familiarity with MS Suite (including Excel) are required. You will have meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage time, set priorities and meet KPI's.

The is a permanent position with the salary guide of $60,000 - $65,000 + Super (negotiable on experience) with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week is offered.
