As a Procurement Specialist in our Asia Pacific team, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic procurement projects that drive value for the organisation. You will ensure processes align with governance standards, enhance supplier compliance, and identify sourcing opportunities while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the region.

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll make a positive impact by:

- Leading strategic procurement projects and ensuring adherence to governance standards
- Analysing purchasing needs to develop optimal procurement strategies
- Collaborating with Category Managers to align sourcing activities with category plans
- Conducting market analyses to identify and qualify new suppliers
- Managing RFx processes, bidder interactions, and contract negotiations
- Reporting cost savings and tracking compliance with established frameworks

Your ideal skills & experience:

- At least 3 years’ experience in procurement, commercial management or finance management - with strong category management skills
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive approach to process improvement and automation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
