Procurement Specialist – Indirect Categories

We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a permanent
Procurement Specialist
with a focus on Indirect Categories
.
This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities across indirect categories (e.g. professional services, HR, marketing, facilities, IT support).
  • Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Deliver savings, compliance, and process improvements through best practice procurement.
  • Support category strategy development and execution.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in procurement with exposure to indirect spend.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
