**Calliope Family Services PTY Ltd **is a provider of disability and home care in the Melbourne area. We provide quality home care support plans to suit each individual, ensuring dignity, integrity and respect to our valued clients. We are seeking the right person who is responsible for the overall operations of the Organisation and for the effective and successful management of staff, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. We're looking to hire an individual who is able to work in both West and South East Melbourne.

**Key duties included but not limited to**:

- Oversee employee management (recruiting, training, scheduling) in collaboration with HR; set job expectations and review performance.
- Manage operations, budgeting, and policy enforcement; ensure productivity and compliance.
- Develop and optimize operational systems, maintain safety standards, and manage vendor relationships.
- Serve as primary contact for client issues and collaborate with executive management on policy implementation and improvements.
- Perform financial analysis on inventory and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle additional duties as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne City Centre, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne City Centre, VIC 3000
