
Retention Specialist

**What’s the role?**
- Answer IB customer queries relating to new products, changes, suspension or cancellation of subscription services
- Outbound calling warm leads to retain current customers and re-engage previous customers
- Offer the best solutions available based on your understanding of your customer’s needs
- Talk with 'at risk' customers to work through their concerns or objections, and present the value in their current investment to retain their business
- Retain and grow our print and digital subscriber base
- Support a team environment by sharing best practices, maintaining a winning attitude and embracing continuous improvement
- Work to KPIs and goals focused around our Customer Advocacy program and first call resolution
- Rostered across 5 days Monday-Friday 6.30AM-5:30PM
**Who are you?**
- An experienced retention specialist with contact centre exposure IB/OB or both
- Resilient, determined and motivated by achieving KPIs
- A self starter who takes pride in their work
- A high performer with a strong work ethic that won’t take ‘no’ for an answer
- Adaptable and accepting of a changing environment
- An excellent listener with the ability to communicate with a variety of people
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Someone who takes onboard leader feedback and strives to improve performance
- Team player
