**Your new company**
Our client based in Eltham requires a Level 1-2 IT Support Analyst for a permanent position commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and career development opportunities.

**Your new role**
In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners
- Providing technical support across the company in person and remotely
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Assisting and providing support to end users with various software packages including SAP, Office suite and Adobe suite

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with Windows server, Active directory, Office 365, Mobile - Android + IOS
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Qualifications or degree in IT
