City Venue Management is a facility management company that manages a number of Aquatic and Health Club facilities throughout Queensland. Our Swim School Rackley Swimming operates within each of our centers, and is an integral component of our operations.

**We're currently hiring for Customer Service positions at our new North Lakes Aquatic Centre**

Key Requirements
- Must be willing to work at least one shift on the weekend (essential)
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) (desirable)
- Current CPR (desirable)
- Current First Aid (desirable)
- Current Pool Lifeguard (desirable)

Key Responsibilities
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly at reception to ensure the best customer experience possible
- Swim School sales inquiries via phone/ in person
- Ensure that front of house presentation is maintained at the highest level
- Ensure back of house administration/ work areas are maintained at the highest standard
- Work closely with Swim School Manager to ensure cohesion between pool and reception
- POS processes and administration

Rackley Swimming loves to provide our customers families with 'family-friendly' class times, and as such we conduct classes 7 days a week; all applicants must be willing to work at least one shift on a weekend.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
