**What are we looking for?**

We are currently recruiting for a Lifeguards and Customer Service roles at our North Lakes Aquatic Centre

**CVM offers all the below qualifications internally with great discounts for new & existing employees**

**Key Requirements for Lifeguards & Customer Service staff**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) **(desirable)**:

- Current CPR **(desirable)**:

- Current First Aid **(desirable)**:

- Current Pool Lifeguard **(desirable)**

**Lifeguarding Duties**:

- High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
- Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
- Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
- Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties

**Customer Service Duties**
- Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk
- Upsell memberships, visit passes and retail items to all customers
