**Position Overview**

Working with a Canberra-based team you, in partnership with our CEO, will be a critical player in supporting Allygroup and Allyone achieve its growth aspirations, build our brand and exceed the expectations of our clients. The role is anything but routine and the impact will be significant. You will create the Office of the CEO function and lead key projects and activities, as well as managing day to day activities on behalf of the CEO, that will be pivotal for the organisation.

**Responsibilities will include**
- CEO support_Handle day to day items for the CEO which will include:

- attending meetings on her behalf,
- assessing inquiries directed to the CEO, determining the proper course of action and delegating to the appropriate individual to manage,
- Assisting with preparation and dissemination of information and communications as needed
- Acting as an adviser to the CEO and other leaders based on insight generated through priority and day-to-day activity management
- Assisting the CEO in facilitating and implementing decisions
- Client_Create a positive experience through client interactions on behalf of the CEO, Allyone and Allygroup. These will emerge as a result of day-to-day activities management. This could include interactions to:

- Solve problems
- Progress actions and outcomes
- Seek feedback
- Operations_Collaborate with the Operations team to:

- Inform daily operations as needed to facilitate the achievement of Allyone and Allygroup’s objectives and implement priorities as agreed with the CEO
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Coach, mentor and guide PA/Support Officer empowering outcomes and building confidence and capability
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of our business plan and associated operational planning
- Social Media Marketing_
- As a priority project, the Chief of Staff will lead, own and manage the overall voice and presence of Allyone and Allygroup on social media channel working with an outsourced provider as needed.This includes:

- Creating and planning social content and proposing channels to best deliver messaging
- Writing content for posts, and posting to the appropriate social platforms collaborating with other stakeholders as appropriate
- Oversee daily engagement on social platforms, responding and monitoring to create positive interaction between the market and Allygroup.
- Project Management_
- Assist with, and manage projects for and with, the CEO such as the social media marketing priority project
- Oversee business initiatives as agreed, from development through to successful execution, in collaboration with other leaders
- Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions to support achievement of project milestones
- Stakeholder Management_
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Lead regular meetings with key internal stakeholders (group and individual) to update, assess progress, troubleshoot and identify synergies and connections
- Assist and communicate with leaders in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation
- Act as a connector between teams as needed
- People_
- Model Allyone and Allygroup’s culture and be pivotal in creating a positive, focused work environment and high performing teams that feel supported and empowered
- Develop and build on positive and proactive relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of operations and goal achievement
